FAQs

  • I currently accept new therapy clients (online only) who maintain a residence within the state of Tennessee.

  • I do currently accept insurance: UHC, Cigna, Anthem and BCBS. Contact me today to determine co pay rates based on your insurance information.

    Private pay rates (50 min/ session) are $125 for Individuals and $150 for couples/ families.

  • Therapy is a highly personal journey, so the duration varies for each person. My work is informed by a "brief therapy" approach, which focuses on being effective and efficient by highlighting your strengths and resources to help you get unstuck and make desired changes. My goal is to help you achieve your specific goals in about 10 sessions. We will regularly check in on your progress and adjust our plan as needed.

  • That's completely normal, and it's okay to feel hesitant. We can start with an "exploratory contract" to talk and discover what might be getting in the way of you feeling good. The power is in your hands to determine what you're ready to change. My role is to be a supportive guide and ally in your process, respecting your pace every step of the way.
